spacious room clean room comfortable beds hotel maintenance lift issue crowded hot tub

the room was very spacious and clean. i found that the room had most things i needed. i especially liked the comfortable beds and pillows. everything was set up well for a nice stay.

the location is great, but the hotel itself needs maintenance. for a few days, only one lift was working so we kept having to wait or take the stairs. only one of the hot tubs worked for several days as well. the other hot tub was crowded.

comfy beds self catering dirty pool only one lift

the suite had two bedrooms. beds were very comfy. the living area had everything we needed for self catering.

the pool seemed dirty. green algae surrounded the steps. only one lift was working, so we took the stairs sometimes with ski boots.

good service friendly staff awful view constant screaming

The service was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were great amenities on the mountain.

The view from my room was awful. I saw no mountain. It was low to the ground and near the pool, so I heard a constant screaming of children. The balcony only had one chair. There was no reason to sit outside anyway because of the noise and lack of view.

Mountain Charm at the Resort

The room had a kitchenette that was well supplied. It included a separate mudroom that also served as a laundry area. The ample windows gave us tall ceilings and a great mountain view. The picnic table made the large porch even better.
